Casa Nicolini has in store for the lovers of Piedmont cuisine a wide choice of menus and a huge selection of some of the best wines of the Langhe. We have also a special tasting menu for those who wish to get an idea of the typical dishes of the Piedmont cuisine.

Besides the valued white truffle, you will taste several sauces made with mushrooms, recipes of the most succulent cuttings of Fassona (an appreciated local breed), many delicious risottos and hand-made fresh pasta dishes as well.

In summer, it is possible to eat on the lane in the garden inside the special Gazebos with a stunning view on the vineyards lying all around the restaurant.
